Rachel is passionate about facilitating professional conversations and supporting education evolution. She is an educator, keynote speaker and has been in education for 27 years.

She is a collaborator for Myatt & Co, has written DFE approved curriculum for a South West free school, and is the Education Consultant for the children’s publisher, Redan.

Rachel designed ‘Finding my Voice’ after feeling that there wasn’t a practical intervention to support those struggling to access education. The success of this project combined with Rachel’s wider research and work in education lead her to understand that this approach has significant potential for all young people.
