How does the course work?
‘Finding My Voice’ course is divided by 3 Phases dedicated to supporting leaders, school staff, pupils.
From culture to curriculum the whole community go on a, ‘Finding My Voice’ journey…
Phase 1
Background for leaders
The first phase takes leaders into the research underpinning ‘Finding My Voice’. It also provides a framework to capture what’s going well and what might be better.
Rachel and Mary guide you through the content in pre-recorded sessions. There are also reflection resources and further reading.
We provide support for implementation in school, through regular live check-ins.
Phase 2
Supporting leaders with implementation
The second phase provides leaders with the resources to implement ‘Finding My Voice’.
It contains an extensive collection of PowerPoints and ‘walk-through’ recordings to guide preparation and additional resources for staff and students.
It’s been designed as a ‘pick n’ mix’ training resource so that leaders can choose the direction and process of implementation.
Phase 3
Taking the learning deeper for pupils and students
Our gifted advisers, Christian Foley and Emmanuel Awoyelu have created ‘Tik-Tok’ style videos to support personal development and oracy. Each video comes with a provocation and a journal prompt.
We’ve created collections for primary and secondary and the themes include: Emotion Bites > Inspiration Bites > Life Bites > Neuroscience Bites > Philosophy Bites and Responsive Bites
